Chris Hollister

After relocating to New Zealand for five years, Chris served as a board member and later Chair of Vision Senior Living in Auckland from 2008 to 2010. Upon returning to Dallas, TX, he re-engaged in senior care, serving on the board of Sunrise Senior Living from 2013 to 2018. In July 2018, Chris co-founded Pegasus Senior Living, which now operates over 46 communities across a dozen states, from Washington to Florida.

Throughout his career, Chris has witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of falls on the senior communities he serves. When he met Natasha in 2013, he immediately recognized that her hip protection innovation was unlike anything else on the market. What began as a mentorship soon evolved into a strong friendship, bonded by a shared commitment to improving lives in senior care.

Having worked closely with Natasha for years, Chris saw the potential to take hip protection to the next level. When the opportunity arose to partner in the development of Phoenix Hipwear, he was eager to be involved—bringing his extensive industry expertise and passion for senior well-being to the mission.
